We are excited to bring Brainfit to Lincoln for the first time!
We will be at the SWELL Senior’s Lifestyle Expo on Tuesday 15 October, 9am–2pm at the Lincoln Event Centre and we are offering our first Brainfit for Life course in Lincoln starting 4th November 2024.

Learn a range of simple, practical science backed strategies you can use every day to live a brain-healthy lifestyle and improve your confidence and self-belief regarding your memory.
The Brainfit for Life® classes focus on the 6 key memory skills that allow people to remain confident, independent, and productive throughout their lives. Classes are fun and social so why not join our first ever Lincoln Brainfit for Life® class with Ina Meeten on Monday mornings, starting 4th November 2024.
Brainfit for Life® classes are 90 mins per week for 4 weeks. These face-to-face, facilitated classes will be held at Community Care Lincoln, 16 Lyttelton Street, Lincoln. The cost is $220 per person for the 4 classes.
