Do you sometimes feel you are losing your edge, and your brain is not working as it used to? Learn a range of simple, practical strategies you can use every day to live a brain-healthy lifestyle and improve your confidence and self-belief regarding your memory. The Brainfit for Life® course has a focus on 6 key memory skills that help to allow people to remain confident, independent, and productive throughout their lives. Sessions are fun and social. Join our Shirley Brainfit for Life® course with Ina Meeten on Thursday mornings, starting 13th June 2024.
Brainfit for Life® sessions run usually for 90 min per week over 4 weeks. The upcoming course has a free bonus of an added 30 min each week introducing a brain fitness programme called ‘Life Kinetik’. This programme combines perception, movement and cognition to give your brain a good workout. If you are curious, come and join this course.
These face-to-face, facilitated sessions will be held at the Shirley Wellness Centre, 9 Shirley Road, Shirley, Christchurch. The cost is $220 per person for the whole 4 sessions.
