Try this simple balance test.
You’ll soon know if you should be adding balance training to your regular exercise regime.
Here are the levels of challenge – where are you on the scale?
Challenge Level 1:
Lightly use something for balance
Challenge Level 2:
No holding on!
Challenge Level 3:
Close your eyes for 10 seconds or more.
Now for the Test
Start with feet in position A and try levels 1, 2 and 3. If you can do the challenges levels in position A try B and then C.
Count slowly to 10.
Change the leg that is in front if you are in position C
